After outgrowing their old premises, On Monday 15^th December 2008, Carillion Energy Services's Portsmouth depot moved into their newly-refurbished environmentally friendly offices.

The specially designed 13,890 sq ft building offers sustainable initiatives including wind turbines which will power the estate street lighting requirements and also feed any excess energy generated back into the National Grid, and a rainwater harvesting and recycling system which captures and filters rainwater before redirecting it for use to flush toilet systems.
