Carillion Energy Services has been recognised and rewarded at the National Insulation Association (NIA) Best Practice Awards 2009 for its efforts as an exemplar employer, and customer service achievements.

The awards which was held at the Belfry Hotel in Sutton Coldfield, was the first of its kind and were introduced by the NIA in order to recognise and reward those member companies who have raised the profile of the industry and demonstrated a high level of professionalism in their working practices.

Despite very strong competition in the industry, Carillion Energy Services were presented as runners-ups in the ‘Best Employer Award' for demonstrating their unique incentives and benefits offered to their staff, and runners-up for the ‘Best Customer Service Award' for demonstrating outstanding commitment to providing the very best customer service.
