Carillion Energy Services and Sheffield Council are warning Sheffield residents to be aware of bogus door-knockers posing as Sheffield Council officers and signing people up to a fake home insulation scheme.

Please be aware that you will never be asked you to pay anything towards the cost of insulating your home, or for any extra work that may be needed like putting up scaffolding or installing a loft hatch.  The Free Insulation Scheme is exactly that – Free. 

Carillion Energy Services are the only contractors who have appointed to work on this scheme.   If you are approached by any companies claiming to work for Sheffield Council, check first by calling us on 0800 915 9096.
